Credit Card and Check Purchases

All on-line ordering is mainly through credit card purchases.  Contact us should you need to arrange a purchase using a certified check or money order; we gladly accept them! All orders are locked into the prices at which they are ordered, though prices for products can change without notice

Shipping

How much is it going to cost to ship your speakers?  We use "true cost shipping" with UPS Ground from Vancouver, Canada.  We use affordable flat-rate door-to-door freight.  International orders should contact us for alternative shipping details.

We'll E-mail you a UPS or freight service tracking number once your product ships.  Contact us for a personal shipping estimate for your location.  All shipments are sent with signature required so someone has to be home when it is delivered. 

Shipping rates for unusual shipping locations are available upon request (please send us your full mailing address with postal code).  Shipping can be very hard on audio products. Should yours arrive in less than perfect condition we want you to let us know immediately so we can take action to correct the situation.

Feel free to send us a diagram/image of your room if you would like placement advice.  Keep in mind room dimensions are key. Please show seating and furniture objects.  Include your name and e-mail address.  

Warranty

Refund Policy.

If in 30 days from date of purchase you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your speaker, return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Just a few minor stipulations should you choose to do this:

  • E-mail Fidelity Acoustics for a return authorization number and display this on the outside of the box.
  • Return products in original shipping boxes.
  • Insure product during return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

5 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.   Any product  in need of repair must be returned to Fidelity Acoustics, with shipping pre-paid. Fidelity Acoustics will repair or replace any item at its discretion and return to the customer as soon as possible. Naturally, this warranty does not cover any product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Products which clearly have been abused will be subject to cost-based charges for repair.  In some cases repair parts can be sent when appropriate to expedite a "return to duty".

Except as provided above, Fidelity Acoustics makes no other warranties expressed or implied. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties, so exclusions may not apply to the purchaser.
